This charming interpretation of an antique chinoiserie wallpaper depicts stylised birds and ripe fruits. A modern take on a traditional panoramic scene, it’s been reinterpreted into a repeating pattern, where less is more. The focus is on the design’s almost 3D leaves and hand brushed wash effect ground, that’s crafted to look like the sky. Taking its name from jazz legend Ella Fitzgerald, metallic highlights add a subtle iridescent sparkle.
